Chopper Progress

Finishing up chopper and making him playable.

Brain Point Scope. First does scope, it chases the opponent until it locks. When it locks onto the opponent, when chopper attacks it deals a ton of damage.

A video of progress so far. Mostly drake and zoro stuff

awesome stuff. Drake looks superb. His T-Rex mode looks better than expected (and also bigger). I just hoped for a showoff of Zoro's bandana mode. But I see there are still walking sprites missing. Would be nice of you to add them.

Thanks for the comments. Yup Chopper still has more moves I need to make. He does have heavy point moves at the end of the video, and yup I'll fix the sprite bugs soon
