Your Favorite Character

Most of us are using pictures of our favorite characters already but just why are they your favorite?

Marco amazed me right from the start when he took Kizaru's attacks for Whitebeard without hesitation. Yes, he has an amazing power but since Kizaru mentioned he's never seen a bird fly like that, he's probably never faced Marco.. and thus Marco never went up against that particular Admiral's fierce strength. He raised to the occasion even more by continuing to defending Whitebeard, Ace, and even Luffy with his all.

Before the Crocodile arc I got the idea that it would be cool if there was a special type of zoan fruit dealing with mythical creatures.. multiple arcs later there he is, Marco the Phoenix.

I also love how he's voiced by Ichigo's voice actor as well. I always liked Ichigo's voice very much, and it just adds a layer of cool to him and fortifying just how great of an anime One Piece is.. to be able to get Masakazu Morita on their cast.

What about you guys?

My fav is Mihawk. No particular reason, I just like his name.

Lol, typo. He's a Zoan, Mythical class.

My favorite is Usopp, because he´s very funny, and a coward (lol, yeah).

Most characters just have to face their enemies and win (or lose), but Usopp must also face his own fear. So, it´s a double battle: first he´s got to overcome himself, then overcome others. I think this makes him one of the most courageous characters in One Piece.

Also, to see him slowly grow up as the story goes on is really nice.

I like Ussop a lot as well, I personally think he has proven to have advanced the most. He was brought from a tier 4 fighter way up there to tier 2 with the original monster trio. I also love how he's jacked now.. got muscles more defined than Zoro.

I did find it weird though that Ussop needed to be so muscular. He isn't really a close ranged fighter. Love his new plant moves though.


My personal favorite has to be Luffy though. (boring yes but Luffy is awesome). Apart from him though Sanji and Brook make me laugh the most.

I assumed your favorite would be Daflamingo, because of the jolly roger you're sporting as an avi. Interesting though, and I've always loved Brook.. especially now that he has his own fighting style and not just another swordsman.

Buggy is the funniest character IMO.

Franky is the character that "advanced" the most in 2 years, lol. Brook still can't do 30 decree, so I can say he didn't got much stronger...

Honestly if I had to pick my least favorite of the Straw Hat crew it's Franky.. not saying I don't like him, just right now he's my least favorite out of a group of awesome characters.

He is still the character that got the most advanced...

I really hope he made more of an effort to just LEARN from Vegapunk instead of just stealing his work and ideas. This will most likely be the case as Oda hasn't been known to ruin characters by being copies.

I doubt his current FRANKY design is Vegapunk's, since there is no way Vegapunk can make that kind of design. Franky is pretty much crazy, so even if he just copy Vegapunk's works and ideas, his craziness will take it to completely different level.

I think Brook could do 30º if he used his newfound soul powers to hold his body. Now, I wonder if his upgraded sword can cut logia users?

Being physically stronger hopefully means he can use impact dial without taking much damage. That would be very useful.
